The Distance from Tirupati Bustand to College is 7 kms
The Distance from Tirupati Railway station to College is 7.5 kms
The Distance from Tirupati Bustand/Railway Station to Padmasali Bhavan is 3.5 kms
Frequent public transport facility such as Town Service buses / Share Autos to Renigunta is available from Tirupati Bustand/Railway Station.
Those who stay at Padmasali Bhavan (in groups) can hire autos available there and reach the venue in the short distance way (5.5kms)

6th ANNUAL
INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2018
Thank you all for your overwhelming response to our call
for paper contribution to the conference.
We have received a good number of abstracts, full papers
and registrations.
We have created a google group and added all the
registered delegates in the group, through which we will be sharing all sorts
information related to the conference.
But
some teachers sent abstracts but not sent their full
papers.
some teachers sent their full papers but not sent
registration fee & form.
some teachers sent registration but not sent full
papers.
Hence, we hereby request to check yourself whether you
have sent Full-paper, Registration form with fee paid details.
Further we have sent acceptances to all those who have
sent their abstracts in time. Those who have sent us full papers directly might
not have been sent acceptance. If any of you in need of the acceptance please
contact us, so that we can send you the acceptance.
Anyway after receiving the registration with fee paid
details we are adding them to the 'tirupaticonference2018delegates' group, so
that they can get a mail of invitation to accept the invitation by clicking on
the 'accept the
invitation' blue
tab to join the group.
If you have not yet received such invitation mail that
means your registration is not yet confirmed. If you have not received such
mail even though you have paid the fee, we have not yet received the fee paid
details properly, so please contact us with your fee paid details immediately.
Please note that registrations have to be done individually
that was specified in the acceptance letter clearly. So all the joint authors
and multiple authors need to register separately otherwise those names without
registration fee may not be considered for publication.

As per the information in the conference brochure; early
bird registration till 31st January 2018 was Rs.1500/- for ELT@I members and
Rs.1600/- for Non ELT@I members. Thereafter the fee is Rs. 1800/-

Acceptance sent - Accommodation details.
Abstract Acceptances:
We have sent acceptances to those who have sent abstracts and which were accepted, if any one has sent abstract and not yet received any reply from us, please contact us on: 9441335722 / 9110373200
Accommodation:
Those who require accommodation have to send us a mail with their requirements with date and approximate time of arrival and departure. We advise to call us between 10.30 am and 12.30 noon on the 22/01/2018 for confirmation of accommodation.

Greetings from ELT@I Tirupati Chapter. Thank you for your paper contributions.
In spite of our instructions/guidelines we are receiving papers without proper formatting. Particularly while giving Bibliographic/Reference details at the end, further some of them sent without any references. Some have sent papers without name and affiliation details.
We suppose it is easy to you to recheck your own single paper before sending it, but it is very tough for us to check hundreds of papers. Anyway we have to do it again.
- We request every one of you before sending your paper please check and confirm that your papers are with the required details.
- Make sure that your paper has at least some references to add the flavour of research paper, otherwise it will become just an article.
- Please provide full publication details of the books referred as given in the examples.
- Please make sure that you have provided your details such as name, designation, institution, place, email id and mobile number etc.
v Author’s name last name first comma (,) first name last full stop (.) Title of the book in italics full stop (.) place of publication colon (:) name of the publisher comma (,) year of publication full stop (.) print full stop (.) with hanging indentation as shown in the examples.
References Example:

papers are free from plagiarism, authors must be responsible to the issues if

Accommodation Details will be Posted Soon
Dear Friends,
Conference Venue: Chadalawada Ramanamma Engineering College is on the Old Renigunta Road, on the way from Tirupati to Renigunta.
It is just about 6 or 7 kms from Tirupati Central Bustand/Railway Station and just 2 or 3 kms from Renigunta Bustand/Railway Station.
Good public transport felicity is available such as town service buses (Chandragiri to Renigunta at a frequency of every 10 minutes a bus) and share autos.
Accommodation details will be posted soon, those who require accommodation have to send us a request with your accommodation requirements and travel plan.
Soon we will provide you complete and clear information regarding accommodation and how to reach the venue.
