Paper presentation are scheduled in the afternoon session on the day 1 (26/08/16, bet: 3.30pm to 5.00pm) and in the forenoon session on the day 2. (27/08/16, bet: 9.30am to 11.30am).

10 minutes will be given for paper presentation in the conference; it is advised to present the paper instead reading it.

Papers can be presented either with PPT or orally but sometimes power fluctuations, electronic gadget lapses are common, so they must be ready to present paper in such cases. PPTs are not necessary for presentation

Venue: Sree Rama Engineering College is about 7KMS from Central bus station and railway station, situated on Karakambadi Road opposite to LIC Training center. It is reachable either travelling by share autos those go to Karakambadi from Srinivasm near bustand and those who come from chittoor and madanapalli may get down at Leelamahal junction and travel by share autos those go to Karakambadi.

Accommodation: Accommodation for those who asked for is provided in SPIC GUEST HOUSE, it is about 4 and 4.5 KMS from bus stand and railway station respectively. It can be reached either by town service buses or share autos towards (Autos are available from Srinivasm near bustand) Mangalam or Karakambadi from bustand.

Eligibility:

All the English Teachers working in Schools, Junior Colleges, Degree, PG & Professional Colleges, who desire to become good facilitators.

Call for Papers:

Scholarly and unpublished research papers on any of the sub-themes or on the topics related to the themes of the conference may be sent.

All the qualitative and accepted papers will be published in book form with ISBN

copies will be given to the participants at the conference.

Guidelines for Paper Submission:

Full paper not exceeding 2000 words. Prepared according to MLA Hand Book 7^th edition in the MS-Word format (1 inch margin on all sides, Font: Times New Roman with 12pt size, 1.5 spacing) have to be sent to the emailed ID: eltaitpt@gmail.com.

Papers which are not according to the specifications will not be considered for publication.

Filled in Registration forms with fee paid details should be sent by 12 August 2016 as an e-mail attachment to Dr. G. Reddi Sekhar Reddy at: eltaitpt@gmail.com

Proof of fee payment such as the details of payment after online transfer in case of net banking, counter foil if online money transfer voucher is used (scanned copy) has to be sent with registration. 

Registration fee:

v  Rs.1500/- for ELT@I Members.

v  Rs.1600/- for Non-ELT@I Members.
v  Rs.1800/- for Registrations after 12-08-2016.

To save time and money (bank charges and postal/courier charges) sending hard copies of registration forms and DD is not required soft /scanned copies are enough.

Participants are required to make their own arrangements for stay, however limited accommodation may be provided on prior request with nominal pay.
